Today I finished the list of companies to contact in Springfield and
brought all the boxes from downstairs up and put the equipments in them in
the right place. I also made a bunch of first aid kits. Went to bring mail
to the post office.

Monday 9/27/2010

Today I helped and took my CPR class. That ran from 8:45-2pm When I got
back to the office I made some first aid bags, Packed up the new AED
machines, typed out a long contract and the did the two evaluation packets
online.
Today's hours: 8:45-5pm

Wed. 22nd

Today I looked up upcoming conferences and put them in a excel...also ran
to the post office a few times to send out mail...now helping to pack up
bin for class tonight.

Day 5

Today I did a bunch of first aid kits and put business cards into the
mouth guards rescue packets. Then I spent the rest of the day contacting
companies that would be interested in our CPR/First Aid Courses on Sep.
24th in Worcester, MA.
Work hrs. 9-5pm

Day 4

Today I looked up businesses in the Worcester area to send them
information on our class that we're having on Sep. 24th-2010. I also signed
us up on Eastern, Southern, Wesleyan, and Yale University Career Service
website, to easily advertise to current students as well as alumni. Will
give more detail in person.
Work hrs today...9-5pm

Day 3 (Sunday @ the Fair)

Went to the fair on Sunday to promote and assist with flu shots. I was
there from 12-5pm

Day 2

Today I finished the company PowerPoint and made a quick flier to hand out
at ECSU, and Windham High Schools...I am leaving early to had out these
flies to professors on campus...to try and get more students to enroll for
next semester as well as to pass the word about the Hebron Fair that we
have coming Thursday-Sunday...
Today I worked 6:30 hrs in the office and will do the other 1:30 hr
spreading the word on campus.
In total I worked 8hrs for the day.

Today I sent out a little over 30 emails to companies listed in the
Chamber of Commerce contact list of business members. In these emails was
a
brief summary of Code One and what we have to offer to these consumers, I
also sent a flier along with the emails so they can have a better
understanding as well as a schedule of our upcoming class availabilities
Today I also got started on my PowerPoint for the company presentations.
Today's Work hours were from 9-5pm
Plus Tuesday's work hrs. 9-10:30am
